The survey highlighted that the experience for many fans was not fit for purpose.
Bolton Wanderers supporters mum and son Kayleigh and Jack, Grimsby Town supporter Dean, and Spurs supporter James, all give their views on the survey and what needs to change to make sure that attending away match days improvise.
