Plymouth Argyle Disabled Supporters Association enjoy sucessful AGM

The Plymouth Argyle Disabled Supporters Association (PADSA) held its AGM at Plymouth Argyle football club on the 11th September 2013 .It was well attended by members who enjoyed a pasty supper and a few games of chocolate bingo. Mr James Brent owner and the new chief executive Martyn Starnes also attended and answered questions from members. First team players also joined the evening.

The following members were elected to serve on the committee, Barry Hendy as chairperson, Steve Helley as vice chair person, Susan Clark as Secretary, Barry Hardman as treasurer  and Nick Mcfarlane as webpage manager. The DSA also welcome Mr Francis, Mr H  O’Malony and Mr Williams on to the committee. The committee wish thank the people who helped make the evening successful.

The Plymouth Argyle Disabled Supporters’ Association have also seen their funds boosted by £250.

The donation has come from the Argyle Fans’ Trust following their successful ‘Greens on the Big Screen’ show at the University of Plymouth in September.

PADSA vice-chairman Steve Helley collected the cheque for £250 at the recent Dockyard derby against Portsmouth, when he also met up with former Pilgrims’ boss Neil Warnock.
