Liverpool Supporters’ Committee calls for disabled fans to support artwork project

The Liverpool FC Supporters’ Committee is encouraging disabled fans to submit matchday selfies which will be used in a new collage in the Main Stand at Anfield.

The specially-commissioned artwork will reflect the diversity of the club’s fanbase and highlight their passion for the Reds.

Katie Price, the committee’s disabled supporters’ representative, came up with the idea and would like images of supporters cheering on the team on a matchday, either at Anfield or around the world.

Katie said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for our fans with disabilities to be a part of a piece of art in the new Main Stand at Anfield.

“We are very excited to create this and look forward to having it completed. We do ask fans to send their photographs by the end of November.”

If you would like to get involved, please send your images along with the full name(s) of those pictured and where they are from, to Katie –

disabled-supporters@liverpoolfcsc.com – by Wednesday November 30.
