Liverpool FC have made great strides towards providing a fully accessible stadium for disabled fans by becoming only the second Premier League football club alongside Arsenal to install a Changing Places facility.
This fully accessible toilet with a hoist, height adjustable bench and room enough for 2 carers will transform the matchday experience for disabled fans, who in some cases have been unable to attend games due to their accessibility requirements. It is hoped that this will pave the way for more football clubs to install these facilities and provide fully inclusive stadia for their loyal fanbases.
