Level Playing Field (LPF) is delighted to announce the appointment of Neal Hickey as our new Development Officer
Neal has gained experience working within the disability sport sector, working with Special Olympics Hawaii as the development officer. Neal has volunteered with a number of local football clubs as a coach, championing inclusion and leading a number of inclusive activities.
As a part of the role Neal will lead on a number of key areas with his primary focus being on training and development. This is an integral part of Level Playing Field’s work ensuring that clubs and other sports organisations are up skilled and supported in providing a greater service for disabled fans.
Owain Davies, Chief Executive said: “We are very pleased to welcome Neal to the Level Playing Field Team. His previous experience with Special Olympics not only provides him with a clear understating of the ‘Access and Inclusion’ landscape but also brings in new skills to the charity to further enhance our support for both disabled fans and clubs.”
