LPF AGM: 2pm – 4pm, Thursday 16 May 2013 Houses of Parliament
We are once again delighted to be able to hold our Annual General Meeting in the Houses of Parliament. The AGM will be taking place in Committee Room 4 and we will confirm the details with those attending shortly – do please let us know by email info@levelplayingfield.org.uk if you are planning to attend by the 2nd May 2013.

If you are a full member, but cannot attend the AGM, you can still register your vote with us. To do so, please return the Proxy Form, which can be found on the following page, to info@levelplayingfield.org.uk by 5pm on 9th May 2013.
Please note, the AGM 2012 minutes and accounts 2011-12 will be presented to the membership for review and approval at the AGM meeting.
Proposed changes to the Governing Constitution by Board of Trustees:
The Trustees are proposing changes to two clauses of the Governing Constitution of the Charity to ensure best governance practice and these are outlined here together with explanatory notes. A copy of the Governing Constitution can be found here.
Nominees standing for LPF Trusteeship:
The Nominations Committee was convened in line with out Governing Constitution and the Board of Trustees unanimously accepted their recommendation to put forward seven of the nominees for election at the AGM on 16th May.
As the nominees are standing unopposed, the Membership is being asked to approve their election en bloc.
Two existing Management Trustees are standing for re-election as Management Trustees (Chair and Vice Chair), along with five candidates for five Executive Trustee positions.
The nominees for the Management Trustee positions (three year term of office) are:
• Joyce Cook OBE – Chair • Gary Deards – Vice Chair
The five Executive Trustee nominees (one year term of office) are:
• Keith Graham • Kush Kanodia • Christine Peacock MBE • Rosie Perkins • Nick Saunders
