The Football for All Leadership Programme is the first programme specifically designed to promote employability and entrepreneurship of disabled people in football.
The paramount objectives of this programme are to provide a premium education for disabled people, who aim to work in the football world, and to help them either find a job or develop their own project within the industry.
Why choose this programme?
- More than 1 billion people experience disability (15% of the world population)
- National unemployment rate for disabled people varies between 50% and 90%
- Sources suggest that Football is the preferred sport of 3.5 billion people worldwide and generates as much as €121 billion annually. Therefore, it should reflect all population – only employing disabled people will allow for true and inclusive representation.
