This year’s Forum was taking place at the home of Brighton and Hove Albion, The Amex Stadium.
With a change of format to previous years under the guidance of Neal Hickey (Development Officer) and Liam Bird (Fans Liasion Officer) who brought tasks, discussions and a guest speaker to all that braved the south coast winds.
With attendance from the south coast clubs Southampton, Portsmouth, Crawley DSA as well as a guest visit from newly formed AFC Wimbledon DSA.

Also in attendance was Southampton and Portsmouth DAOs, local Brighton charities and members of Brighton and Hove Albion staff.
Level Playing Field’s Chief Executive, Owain Davies kicked off the near 4-hour event that included Weeks Of Action ideas (2nd March till 17th March) productive discussion generated by group activities, a DSA presentation and Brighton’s DLO and Media Department discussing match day improvements for disabled supporters and social media best practise. Sandwiched between the activities and discussions guest speaker, Team GB Wheelchair Rugby player Aaron Phipps gripped the room with his inspiring, passionate, informative and humoured presentation.
