Accessible services + information

Assistance dogs

Supporters requiring a guide dog companion will be able to enter the stadium through wide gates which do not have an obstacle such as a turnstile.

We recommend that any supporter who is intending to attend a match with a guide dog should make the club aware in advance to the fixture to establish ticketing availability and in order that prior arrangements can be made.

Hearing loops

Solihull Moors will be installing hearing induction loops at key points throughout the stadium as part of ongoing stadium improvements.

Food concession stands

The club has three serving counters available in the Jerroms Stand, Gas Centre Stand and Draintech End which can be accessed by wheelchair users.

In the event any assistance is required at the serving counter our Refreshment Hub staff and Stewards are always available to assist.

Total number of parking spaces

Solihull Moors FC provides 8 accessible parking spaces.

Due to demand and the size of our car parking facility, spaces are unreserved and available on a first come first served basis.

Spaces are within 10 metres of the point of entry to the stadium.

If you do have any questions about disabled car parking, please feel free to contact Jo Malin on 0121 705 6770 or email jo.malin@solihullmoorsfc.co.uk.

We are Notts County fans, and after our last visit to Solihull before covid, we left there feeling very upset at out treatment, my wife is registered disabled and in a wheelchair for games. After complaining to yourselves, Notts and Directly to Solihull, they replied and how sorry they were for our bad experience, and told us they will give us a day to remember next time we played, well Tuesday was that day, and they didn’t disappoint us. We were treated to a VIP hospitality time, three course meal, tickets in a box , Reserved blue badge parking etc etc. . They couldn’t do enough for us , and the CEO of the Moors, Anne-Marie, was exceptional, she attended to our ” needs” and even personally waited on us at times,. Last time we were quick to slag them off publicly, so now we are putting the records straight.
They all went above and beyond what we thought they would do. An unbelievable experience and credit to Solihull Moors for making amends of the poor treatment before..

    • First Call to SMFC was by E-Mail which was unanswered twice. 0/10 • Next call was by phone, Very helpful lady and told us everything we needed to know 10/10 • Arrived at ground saw the car park official who directed to our reserved space (not accessible parkingbay)10/10 • Ramp to the clubhouse and very easy access, was shown where we could sit etc 10/10 • Very easy access to the back of the Grandstand and had a perfect view of the game, Toilets etc very good. 10/10 • Charged £10 each which according to SMFC official was a “blanket” charge!! ie there are no concessions, after I pointed out to the official that without a helper I couldn’t possibly see the game fell on deaf ears we decided to leave it and get on watching the game. 1/10 • Getting out was a doddle. 10/10 So all in all it was good, awful game but there you go, The charging for disabled helpers is out of order in my humble opinion.
