Swansea City FC-Swans Disabled Supporters Association

Following a period of consultation with the club’s disabled fan base, steps have been taken to form an independent Disabled Supporters Association.

SCFC DSA will represent ALL disabled supporters and will provide representation for disabled fans to address concerns and problems directly relating to their match day experiences.

Their first Annual General Meeting was held on Friday 1st February 2013 with presentations by the club on the Swansea City Supporters Trust and why have a DSA. Ian James explained the voting process. Voting for places on the management committee is taking place from mid-week of week commencing the 4th for up to 10days. Voting forms are available from http://www.swanstrust.co.uk, and should be returned to Ian James at the email address below. There was then a presentation by LPF on the working together project and on the benefits of having a DSA.

Please e-mail Swansea City Disability officer Ian James on ianjames@swanseacityfc.co.uk for further information.
