Liverpool FC and Liverpool DSA host 2nd LPF North West Forum

On 22nd March 2018, Liverpool FC and Liverpool DSA (LDSA) hosted at Anfield Stadium the 2nd Level Playing Field North West Forum.

The forum was organised by Level Playing Field (LPF) with support from Liverpool FC and Liverpool DSA.

The objective of the forum was to provide a medium where individual DSAs and club representatives could network and share experiences and best practice. There were presentations from Level Playing Field, Liverpool DSA and the Liverpool FC Foundation. A wide range of topics were discussed including funding for accessible facilities and the availability of information for disabled fans.

LPF Projects Coordinator Kieran Reynolds said, “The 2nd North West Forum in Liverpool was our biggest yet and we really enjoyed the event. It was great to see so many new and familiar faces get together to share information and best practice. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Liverpool FC and Liverpool DSA for hosting the forum and we are already looking forward to our next one at Swansea City on 2nd May”.

Liverpool DSA’s Steve Evans said, “Liverpool FC and the LDSA were proud to host such an event and help showcase the club from within the new main stand. It was great to see so many different DSA’s and club officers attend the North West Forum at Anfield. It was an informative day with Liverpool FC’s own presentations and Kieran from LPF, who gave a very clear vision of how DSA’s should and can be operating in the future. I’m already looking forward to the next one!”
