Level Playing Field launch Disability Access Officer (DAO) training

Level Playing Field are delighted to announce the launch of our recent Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accredited Disability Access Officer (DAO) training.

The DAO training is for Disability Access Officers and Customer Liaison Officers who are responsible for working with disabled supporters.

After wide-ranging consultation with disabled supporters, Disability Access Officers, and national governing bodies across England and Wales we have developed a comprehensive training session which covers all aspects of the role. This consultation ensures that when Disability Access Officers leave the session they have a holistic understanding of the expectations of disabled sports fans and national governing bodies.

After undergoing rigorous screening, CPD have ensured that the training we deliver is of the highest accreditation standard. The screening process ensures that all of the material is relevant to the audience it is being delivered to. Similarly, the high standard of training ensures that delegates’ time is accounted for and valued, as all participants who take part will be awarded with a CPD certification.
