Ok, you know how we go on about the difficulties of travelling by air and how it makes you want to jump out of the aircraft - well now you can do so, and all in aid of World Autism Day promoted by the National Autistic Society.
They are planning an exclusive sponsored skydive on the 31st March 2012 at Brackley, in Oxfordshire. The challenge they set is to leap out of your comfort zone, experience the exhilarating rush of freefall though the clouds…….ok, we get the gist!
You can find out more about the skydive from the National Autistic Society by calling them on 08450 509 001 or email events@nas.org.uk. You can also log on to their website for more details at http://www.autism.org.uk/daretodive
If any of our LPF members do decide to opt for a skydive, do let us know and send us some photographs for our Newsletter and website and….enjoy it, it really is great fun!
