Parking 50 accessible parking spaces mixed for home and away supporters is in close proximity to the stadium. Drop off points in operation for other disabled fans. Contact club for details. Level access around and throughout the stadium.
Accessible Services 14 accessible toilets serve the main lower concourses with 10 in the home areas and 4 in the away areas. All equipped with emergency alarms. 14 non-dedicated catering outlets serve lower concourse areas with Steward Assistance available on request. Audio Commentary is available for 20 home supporters and 2 away supporters. Away fans should request headphones from Blackburn Rovers DSA. Radio headphones allow fans to sit where they choose.
Accessible Facilities Home supporters have 262 spaces for wheelchair users available to them, and these can be found at pitchside. 20 spaces for wheelchair users can be found at pitchside in the away section for away supporters. Pitchside positions give partial cover with PA’s seated slightly behind. No specific numbers of tickets are allocated for the ambulant disabled. The club advise that ambulant disabled supporters can generally sit where they wish, but front row pitchside offers the best access.

The "Visiting Disabled Supporters Information Sheet" supplied with the tickets was a useful document to receive. Facilities and services are fully described. However, only 2 parking spaces are available for visiting supporters next to the ground, which is essential for larger wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Disabled help stewards were situated at the entrance to the stadium, but there was no assistance to our seat/position (as stated on information sheet). Very confusing for away fans as wheelchair bays are not marked out. Wheelchairs have to be positioned in front of the first row, and as they are wider than the standard seat width, the helper has to stand-there is no room for them to sit alongside. Matchday steward on pitch remained standing after the game had started, catering staff appeared not to have received disability awareness training and were very unhelpful, and there were no disabled help stewards located in the concourse to provide assistance with purchasing programmes/visiting toilet. Disappointing overall.
