Getting There & Parking
There is a club car park with 640 spaces for both home and away supporter’s available, with a 70/30% split in favour of home supporters. The car park is 120 metres away from the accessible seating area in the West Car Park.

Getting a Ticket
Tickets can be purchased by F/V Credit card chip and pin and cash to Ticket office. Reservation, by phone payment can be made on collection at the Stadium Tel No: 0161 820 2610.

Spectator Viewing areas
Home supporters have 61 spaces for wheelchair users available to them, and these can be found on an elevated platform (27 West sand hospitality) and pitchside (14 West stand and 21 South stand). 35 spaces for wheelchair users can be found at pitchside (15 North stand) and on an elevated platform (20 East stand) in the away section for away supporters.PA seats are found adjacent. Ambulant disabled seating is found throughout the East and West stands, customers can choose preferred seats.
Accessible amenities
Both home and away fans can use accessible toilets inside the stadium. Catering kiosks in the home and away sections are accessible but arrangements with stewards can be made available for disabled people without a PA to assist with purchasing and carrying refreshments.
Accessible services & information
The stadium does have a hearing loop at reception and in the West stand (W07). Match commentaries are available in all areas of the stadium via the wire free device. 10 sets of wire free audio devices are available from stewards, sets are free but supporters must leave their RNIB or VISA card and will be returned when the headsets is returned. Please contact the DLO for set up to be reserved. Assistance dogs are welcome.
