Accessibility information

Number of wheelchair user spaces

Actual:
6
The club has six spaces for wheelchair users together with an adjacent seat for a carer if required. These areas are located in the new Main Stand on first-floor level (a lift is available) and in the opposite old wooden stand at ground level, approximately midway from the 18-yard area and the halfway line at the car park end of the stadium (Swanscombe End).

The Stand roof provides cover but we recommend that suitable clothing be worn in inclement weather.

Number of accessible toilets

Actual:
1
A disabled toilet is located to the rear of the main stand. This is approximately 50 metres from the disabled area.

Audio commentary

For visually impaired supporters, BBC Radio Kent (96.7FM) covers reports on the game.

Accessible services + information

Food concession stands

Access to catering outlets varies from match to match and not all outlets are wheelchair accessible. We do however allocate a member of our matchday staff to take care of any requirements that may be necessary.

Total number of parking spaces

Ebbsfleet United have a limited number of car-parking spaces so prior arrangement should be made at least 24 hours prior to the match. The car park surface is a mix of tarmac and loose gravel. If special parking arrangements are required please contact the club office on 01474 533796 or email Cheryl. Every effort will be made to ensure that reasonable requirements are met.
